Teairra Mari Says She Will Have Yung Berg Jumped Again, Doesn't Like Light-Skinned Guys

Teairra Mari opened up about her past issues with rapper Yung Berg (infamous for getting jumped and robbed in Detroit and for stating he doesn't like dark-skinned women in a radio interview) during a recent interview. She claims that the Chicago native “violated” her privacy, when he talked about her with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club in New York City, and even suggested that her hometown of Detroit may not be a safe city for him to visit any longer.

“You know what? I’ll get his ass jumped again,” exclaimed Mari while talking with Hip-Hop personality Young Jack Thriller on ThisIs50TV. “I don’t like Yung Berg. I’m sorry.”

“Because I did an interview with The Breakfast Club [on Power 105.1 in New York City] and they told me like all this stuff Yung Berg was saying about me, like, putting my business out, saying: who I dated and who I was in a serious relationship with and I just feel like he violated my privacy,” she said. “And if he ever goes back to Detroit, they will jump him again...I’ve never even looked at him as an attractive person. I don’t even like light skinned guys.”

Teairra Mari has reemerged onto the radar after appearing on VH1's “Love & Hip Hop.” The sexy singer assisted in helping Emily B. get passed her Kimbella debacle. Aside from being a reality star, Mari has a new album coming out under Rico Love‘s Division 1 imprint. After discussing business politics, The Breakfast Club brought up an interview with Yung Berg where he claimed she had given him her number.” Yung Berg is always too high off ecstasy and coke or whatever, he don’t know s**t bout me,” said Mari before realizing she might have but he just didn’t call.

Mari also opened up about her past relationship with Roc-A-Fella Records. She admitted to being dropped from the label on her prom date, but stated that perhaps the order in which her singles were released contributed to fans not being drawn to her.
